1.WILLIAM CARTER

William Carter was born July 24, 1795 and died in Lewis County WV in 1867. He married Jane (Means) Fisher June 26, 1818, in Lewis County VA (WV). Jane, a daughter of Robert and Mary (Henry) Means, was born November 25, 1794 in Monongalia County VA and died in June 1864. Jane was the widow of John Fisher.
